Project: 59/80R63 Manufacturing Technology of Giant OTR Tires for Mining Dump Trucks

Haian Rubber Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haian) is a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, sales and fixed cost contracting of all-steel Radial Giant OTR Tires for heavy equipments. Since 2006, Haian has cooperated with Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute to jointly develop high-performance Earthmoving Tires for Mining Equipments. Luan mining tires are used in many large mines at home and abroad.

In order to keep up with the international mainstream mines' demand for off-the-road tires, and the production technology of Giant OTR Tires has long been in the hands of foreign brands, domestic mining companies often face procurement difficulties.After detailed market research, Chairman Zhu Hui decided to develop 59/80R63 off the orad tire. The research and development of "59/80R63 production process manufacturing technology" is very difficult. Therefore, Haian has increased its R&D investment. Under the personal deployment of the chairman, the R&D team has achieved a number of key technological breakthroughs after years of unremitting efforts, and the development of 59/80R63 earthmover tires has achieved complete success. 59/80R63 Mining OTR Tire has a weight of about 6 tons, a diameter of about 4 meters, and a load of up to 100 tons.
