Covid-19 was caught off guard in the world since the beginning of spring 2020. Facing the pandemic situation, Haian Rubber Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haian") has carried out corporate responsibility, and has donated much money to the local Red Cross Society several times to work together to fight the pandemic.

In the face of this sudden outbreak of "war", Haian's staffs did not shrink back. During the period of restrictions on entry and exit in various countries, each department of the domestic headquarters performs its own duties. On the one hand,we grasp the epidemic prevention production and explore the working mode under the background of normalization of epidemic situation; on the other hand, Haian guides overseas subsidiaries and project departments to formulate epidemic prevention plans, purchase and send epidemic prevention materials to overseas subsidiaries and contract project departments, so as to ensure the health and safety of overseas employees.

In this difficult and extraordinary year, when Chinese Government encourages everyone to celebrate the Chinese New Year in the local area, the heroes in harm’s way from Haian stayed in the mine sites of one country after another and the project department, overcame all kinds of difficulties, stuck to their positions, and made great achievements with their own efforts and sweat!

In January 2020, when the Spring Festival is approaching, the employees of the subsidiary in Serbia still stick to their positions. The technical engineer Lin Jianxiong (winner of "Excellent Employee of the Year" of 2021, the second one from the left in the first row) is one of the employees on duty. They are always conscientious and abide by their responsibilities.

In February 2020, in an open pit mine in Liaoning Province, China, during the pandemic period, the staffs of Haian project department insisted on doing their own work and fighting in the first line in the case of good epidemic prevention measures.

In March 2020, the pandemic broke out in India, and the 21 days city lockdown mode was implemented nationwide. On one of the largest open-pit coal mines in India, Akash Gupta, Haian Indian sales engineer, went to the front line to conduct heat study on 40.00R57 Luan tires installed in KOMATSU 830E.

In April 2020, at a copper mine in Jiangxi Province, China, Haian tire service team is doing daily tire inspection, report and summary work. Ordinary position, extraordinary persistence!

In June 2020, in Ekibastuz, Kazakhstan, although the pandemic has begun to spread to this country, the regional manager of Central Asia still strictly implements the visit plan and sticks to his position responsibilities. In July 2020, Haian tire service team of an open-pit coal mine in Inner Mongolia, China began to serve in the mine. Under the situation that the global pandemic is still spreading, the service team of the project insists on fighting in the first line.

In August 2020, Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China, despite the spread of the pandemic, Zhu Zhenpeng, executive deputy general manager of Haian group, insisted on going to the front line of the market, led his sales team and participated in the mine truck NTE360A delivery ceremony held by Northern Heavy Industries Group Co.,Ltd.(NHI for short). The front and rear wheels of the truck were equipped with Luan 59/80R63 all-steel radial giant tires produced by Haian.

In September 2020, China's Tibet project department, in the plateau mining area with an average altitude of more than 4000 meters, has such a group of Haian employees. They have overcome one difficulty after another with the will of "Lack of oxygen but not lack of spirit;Hard but not afraid to suffer;Higher altitude, higher realm". Haian tire service engineer Ma Shaomin (winner of "Excellent Employee of the Year" of 2020, right) still sticks to his position.

In October 2020, in UAE of the Middle East, the global epidemic situation was still raging. As soon as the restriction policies of various countries have been loosened, a large number of employees of Haian overseas marketing department volunteered and resolutely chose to go to overseas projects to go to this battlefield without gunpowder smoke. Our regional manager Zhang Zhirong (winner of "Excellent Employee of the Year" of 2020, right) visited the largest quarry in the country to check the 33.00R51 Luan tire and insisted on continuous service.

In November 2020, in Jakarta, Indonesia, our manager of Haian overseas marketing department signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Indonesia's largest coal mining contractor.

In December 2020, the first batch of 27.00R49 Mining tires of a gold mine project department in Inner Mongolia, China arrived at the mine, namely the commencement ceremony. Although the climate is very cold, it does not hinder our progress. Haian employees of Manzhouli project department practice Haian's hard-working and persistent spirit with their own actions.

Haian employees interpret their responsibilities with their practical actions, overcome the pandemic situation and go up against the trend. Haian 2021 annul performance is expected to be two times higher than in 2020. To speed up the development of Haian group, they are worthy of "the heroes in harm's way" and "the most lovely person"!
